Licensed Practical Nurse

Growing, well established WNY Primary Care Practice seeks NYS Licensed Nurse. Candidate must maintain a high level of patient interaction/service skills. Be self-motivated, compassionate and clinically strong. Ability to triage patient and report to clinician. Provide medical direction to patients per clinician recommendation(s). Other responsibilities would include referral/test tracking, tele-health visits regarding new medication follow-up, blood pressure and glucose readings, medication reconciliation, and any other duties assigned by manager.

Candidate must have 1 yrs. medical office experience. and Medent EMR experience preferred.
