Deirdre M. Bastible, MD
Dr. Bastible obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from D’Youville College of Buffalo, NY. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where she also completed her Medicine/Pediatric residency.
Dr. Bastible is licensed to practice Internal Medicine by the State of New York Education Department Office of Professions.
She is a member of the American College of Physicians’, Erie County Medical Society and Catholic Medical Partners.
Orville I. Hendricks, MD
Dr. Hendricks obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from the University of Toronto. He also obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto. He subsequently completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at McMaster University Hospitals in Hamilton Ontario.
Dr. Hendricks is licensed to practice Medicine and Surgery by the University of the State of New York Education Department, Office of the Professions. He is also licensed to practice Medicine in the State of Florida and in the Province of Ontario.
Dr. Hendricks is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Canadian College of Family Physicians, American Medical Association, Medical Society of the State of New York, Medical Society of the County of Erie, Canadian Medical Association, Ontario Medical Association and Catholic Medical Partners. He has served on the Faculty of Medicine at the State University of New York, Buffalo.
John M. Kavcic, MD
Dr. Kavcic obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Queen’s University in Kingston Ontario. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Toronto, thereafter completing his Family Medicine Residency at the McMaster University School of Medicine and affiliate hospitals in Hamilton Ontario.
Dr. Kavcic is licensed to practice Medicine and Surgery by the State of New York Education Department Office of Professions as well as by the College of Physicians and Surgeons in the Province of Ontario.
Dr. Kavcic is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and a Fellow of the College of Family Physicians of Canada.
He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, Canadian College of Family Physicians, Erie County Medical Society and Catholic Medical Partners. He has served as an associate Professor of Medicine, State University of New York, Buffalo.
Heidi A Campbell, PA
Heidi Campbell attended D'Youville College in Buffalo, New York where she obtained her Bachelor of Science. She graduated cum laude from the Physician Assistant Program.
Heidi is licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State and has worked in the WNY for over 15 years.
Jennifer Chouchani, PA
Jennifer Chouchani is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of D'Youville College. Where she received her BS/MS Physician Assistant degree. Jennifer has practiced in the WNY area for almost seven years. She has extensive practice in the management of chronic medical conditions along with routine health examinations.
Jennifer is a board certified Physician Assistant and is licensed to practice as a Physician Assistant in New York State.
